Great intro course! I love how this course was not intimidating for beginners and an eye opener for what's to come.

This course is wonderful. The instructors are so passionate and encouraging. I am well on my way to a career in IT.

I learned a lot of IT basics in a few weeks. It's fast paced and I definitely enjoyed using the forums to get help!

It was a very good experience, got chance to brush up my basics and understood more about customer handling skills.
